Lidl’s bakery makes this baguette with canola oil
Llidl’s bakery items are SO AFFORDABLE! But are they made with cheap, unhealthy ingredients?
Okay, so today we found out the baguettes we love from Lidl are made with canola oil…I guess it makes sense now why their bread is such a great price, but that’s an ingredient we avoid like the plague (especially in a food we eat all the time—bread). Now I’m suspicious of the rest of the bakery items, which SUCKS, because we really enjoyed them…but eating clean is important to us, so I wanted to share for anyone else who avoids canola oil. You may want to steer clear of this one. 😔
